Pamela Anderson speaks out with PETA against bullfighting

23 10 2013

Pamela Anderson has joined forces with PETA to write to the Spanish government, speaking out against a bill that would protect bullfighting as part of Spain's 'cultural heritage'.

In her letter she says 'Tormenting bulls for entertainment belongs to the Dark Ages, not the 21st century' and calls bullfighting 'perverse'. Other anti-bullfighting charities include Humane Society International, World Society for the Protection of Animals, CAS International and League Against Cruel Sports, and alongside PETA they collected 250,000 signatures for their #LoveSpainHateBullfights petition in September.
